About The Faculty Of Economics
The Faculty of Economics was established by separating from the Faculty of Agriculture on January 1, 2007. The faculty has adopted the European standards for university education and research and fully accepts the challenges of structural change and innovation in business with the aim of supporting regional economic and demographic stabilization. All three educational level study programmes – undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral – at the faculty respect the requirements consequent on the increasing globalization of study programmes and will offer tuition in chosen subjects, particularly within the postgraduate study programmes in foreign languages, such as English and German.
